Jeffrey Walker

Chairman & CEO, CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC

Jeffrey Walker is Chief Executive Officer of CCMP Capital and is a member the firm's Investment Committee. Before co-founding CCMP Capital in 1984, Mr. Walker worked in the Investment Banking and Finance divisions of Chemical Bank and the Audit and Consulting divisions of Arthur Young. Mr. Walker is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. He holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Walker serves on the board of directors of 1-800-Flowers.com (NASDAQ: FLWS), Harbor Point Re, Hanley Wood, House of Blues, MetoKote and Pliant Corporation. He is President of the Board of Trustees of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, Chairman of NPowerNY, Trustee of the University of Virginia Endowment and Chairman of the Board of the Thomas Jefferson Foundation (Monticello). Mr. Walker is also a Director of the New York City Investment Fund, the Lincoln Center Film Society and The Big Apple Circus and is on the Board of Trustees of the Morgan Library and St. Luke's School. He was Chairman of the Board of Education of Wilton, Connecticut, and Vice Chairman of the National Association of Small Business Investment Corporations. He has previously served on other corporate boards including Axis Capital Holdings Limited (NYSE: AXS), Domain, Guitar Center, Gymboree, Harris Chemicals, Parker Pen, Six Flags Amusement Parks, Somerset Pharmaceuticals and Tenax Corporation.

Mr. Walker currently serves on the Advisory Board of Solera Capital and is on the Investment Committee of CCMP Capital Asia's Asia Opportunity Fund II, L.P. He received the 1998 Award for Excellence in Growth Capital Investing from the University of Michigan Business School.
