Infrastructure & Operations Manager, Professional Services
Gail joined NPower NY in January, 2006 as the Program Instructor for Technical Services Corp (TSC), NPower NY's workforce development program. After instructing three TSC classes, Gail transitioned to the Professional Service group initially as Project Manager, before moving into the role of Manager of Infrastructure and Operations. In her current position Gail manages the Scheduled Support service and Professional Services network/infrastructure projects
Before joining NPower NY, Gail worked with MindShift Technology/Union Square Technology Group as a Systems Engineer for 5 years. She started her technology career as a Helpdesk Analyst with Credit Suisse.
Gail graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology Sciences. It wasn't until her senior year that she found her true love for Computer Sciences\Technology and started on the path that lead her to NPower NY.
