William Mejia
Helpdesk Engineer, IT Basic
William Mejia is the Technical Assistant for NPower Basic. William is not new to NPower NY. He is an alumnus of Technology Service Corps Class 5. He completed the program in 2003 and proved to be a hardware guru with extensive knowledge of various software programs.
William has been working with computers all of his life. He honed his skills by working alongside his brother at a young age. After his brother's departure to Florida, he started learning on his own by reading and venturing into the unknown. William often laughs and says "There are only two things you need to have in order to troubleshoot any PC problem - common sense and logic." Then he giggles and adds, "OK, maybe a technology background might help."
William loves to make jokes and is always in a good mood. If you don't find him working with computers, you might see him doing some of his other hobbies, playing softball or videogames with friends.
