Salesforce Implementation Consultant
Location: New York
Classification: Contract Position
Experience: 2-5 Years
The consultant would be required to analyze the needs of our various clients and transform them into a detailed design and implementation specification for implementation with salesforce.com. The candidate should have experience in customizing industry standard CRM software.
Duties
- Develop specifications for salesforce.com solutions
- Work with NPower NY engineers and 3rd party developers to provide support for customization of Salesforce applications
- Ability to perform complex Salesforce.com customizations
- Provide support to clients for Salesforce customization
- Implement end-to-end solutions that may range from small and mid sized applications
- Fast learner and exceptional analyst
Desired experience and skills:
- Experience in development and deployment of CRM solutions is highly desirable
- Must have a good background in one of the following databases - SQL server, Sybase and Oracle
- Working knowledge of any CRM application - Salesforce, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Lotus Notes
- Experience in developing applications with the SalesForce.com API highly desirable.
- The role requires that you have excellent communication skills
