Salesforce Project Manager
Location: New York
Classification: Contract Position
Experience: 5-20 Years
Reports To: NPower NY Senior Delivery Manager
We are looking for a driven project manager to oversee a variety of software development projects. He/She will be responsible to ensure the assigned projects are completed on-time, within budget, and with the highest possible quality.
Duties
- Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time and on budget.
- Perform project planning, and oversee design, development, testing, and delivery activities plan and manage project schedules
- Manage Project budgets and perform Project Budget reporting
- Supervise application development and application/systems integration projects, technical requirements gathering, and maintenance and support of custom developed deployments
- Create / Manage development of appropriate requirement documents, and provide management with timely project status and progress reports
- Act as the liaison between Salesforce Design and Implementation Teams and Nonprofits
Desired experience and skills:
- Previous project management experience involving software projects and cross-functional teams is needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment
- Experience with managing onshore/offshore development teams is highly desirable
- A software development and/or process design / analysis background a plus
- Knowledge of SalesForce.com API highly desirable.
