ITBasic

ITBasic is a total IT solution for small nonprofits.  ITBasic allows us to monitor and manage your IT environment remotely and keep your operation running hassle-free.  NPower NY will work with you to get discounted hardware and software so you can have an up-to-date, stable and reliable computer network.  We then provide support during business hours via email, help-desk and on-site support as needed.  We monitor your computer systems throughout the day so that problems can be proactively handled and prevent down-time due to technology related issues. Scheduled Support

Scheduled Support is the name for our regularly scheduled, on-site maintenance visits.  Our skilled consultants will protect your computers from viruses and spyware, verify that your machines have the latest software updates, and work proactively to ensure that your network runs smoothly between scheduled visits. They will also troubleshoot problems as they arise and provide individual user support as time allows.  This service is provided in increments of four, eight, twelve or more hours per month and is designed for nonprofits with at least ten computers.
